Flower Care Guide
Our top tips for keeping your flowers looking their best for as long as possible!
Start with a clean vase and fill it with cool, fresh water.
Cut 1-2cm off the stems of your flowers at a 45 degree angle and place them in the vase - this helps your flowers take up as much water as possible.
Remove any leaves sitting below the water line. These encourage bacteria to build up in the water which will mean that your flowers won’t last as long.
Refresh the water in your vase every other day or when the water starts to look cloudy.
Keep your flowers out of direct sunlight and, preferably, in a cool place.
Keep your flowers away from your fruit bowl - the ethylene produced by ripening fruit will cause your flowers to spoil quicker.
Remove any flowers that have spoiled and continue to enjoy the longer lasting blooms :)
